AD Audit Pro Install Guide

Before you start

• Can be installed on Windows 10, Windows 11 or Windows Server.
• We recommend deploying it on a machine that runs 24 x 7, so events are captured continuously.
• See the requirements for the full list, including the rights the app needs.

Installation steps

1. Open the installer.
2. Click Next.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Install.
5. The app icon appears when the install finishes. Click it to open AD Audit Pro.

After the install

1. Open http://localhost:8081 on the machine you installed it on.
2. Go to Settings > Connections and add the domain controllers you want to audit. Add your Microsoft 365 tenants here too, if you are auditing those.
3. Events start arriving as they happen on the connected domain controllers, and the dashboards fill in from there.
