Active Directory Group Management with AD Pro Toolkit

Manage Active Directory security and distribution groups from a single console. Bulk Add or Remove Users to Groups

Create Groups

Instructions:

  1. Click on Group Management > Create Groups
  2. Download the included CSV template. The template includes the following group attributes:
    • Name = Name of the group
    • distinguishedName = This is the location where the new groups will be created.
    • groupCategory
    • groupScope
    • description
    • mail
  3. Fill out the template with your group details Example CSV.
  4. Select your template and click run.

Copy User Groups

Instructions:

  1. Click on Group Management > Copy User Groups
  2. Select the source user
  3. Select the destination user
  4. Click “run” to copy the user groups from the source user to the destination user

Bulk Modify Groups

Instructions:

  1. Download CSV Template
  2. Enter group details
  3. Select CSV file and click run.
