How it Works?

Bulk Create New User Accounts

Step 1. Download the included CSV template and enter user details.

Step 2. Open “Bulk Create Users” Tool.

Step 3. Select your CSV file and click “Run”

The User Creation Tool will automatically create user accounts from the details you provided in the template.

The included templates help you to standardize name formats, add users to groups, create accounts consistently, configure multiple user properties, set a manager, create home folders, map drives and more.

User Account Templates

The AD Pro Toolkit includes a template system for creating new users. This will allow you to automatically set certain user attributes and naming conventions when creating new users. Specify the OU, department, company, groups, manager, and more. You can create your own templates for specific types of users.

To modify or create a new template click on “Settings” > “User Creation Templates”.

Easily Create Single User Accounts

From the user management page click on “Create Single User” to open the create user form. To use a custom template select it from the template dropdown. The form is split into multiple tabs to make it easier to fill out. The form includes the most frequently used fields required for creating new user accounts.

When you have filled out the form click the “Create User” button. You can verify the account created successfully by checking the Logs tab. Any issues or errors will be included in the log file.

Bulk Modify Existing User Accounts

The toolkit also includes a tool to bulk update existing accounts. Update address details, job title, department, manager, office, email, proxyaddresses, add or remove to groups, account options, home folders and many other attributes.

Bulk reset passwords, force users to change password at next logon, change logon name, disable, unlock accounts and much more.
